Motorola NNTN8296A: The NNTN8296 Wireless Earpiece is a Motorola Original Wireless Earpiece. The NNTN8296A Wireless Covert Kit comes with (2 sets of 45" 116cm 2 wire cables 1 White & 1 Black), (1 single-wire Black Earbud Headphone and an Industry Unique 3.5mm Earbud Adapter that allows the Officer to plug in any consumer off-the-shelf headphones, and In Line Mics. The NNTN8296A Earbud was designed for business users wearing professional attire or for public safety users working undercover. This Earbud has an In-Line Microphone that is ideal for transmissions in loud environments. The long cord gives you flexibility to place the PTT POD on your belt, in a jacket or pants pocket. You must purchase separately the PTT POD NFP Near Field Pairing-(NTN2571B PTT POD). Your radio must also have either the Radio Adapter see below or the Built in Bluetooth Option. 1 Year Warranty. APX radios must have internal Bluetooth Option for this accessory. The Bluetooth is built into the radio and doesn't require the additional purchase of an adapter, but your APX radio must have the Bluetooth Option Board installed and software upgrade for this to work. Look for a blue dot on the outside case to make sure you have it.
